Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support to local and remote employees from Cluj and international offices
  • Procure requested hardware and software as it relates to business needs
  • Resolving 1st & 2nd line support calls, including AD Admin, Permissions, Application Support, Network Patching and Desk Moves, escalating to 3rd Parties where necessary
  • Imaging, setup, and deployment of equipment and peripherals
  • Manage and resolve high impact incident and service requests which also may involve escalations to third party vendors
  • Learning more about computing principles and technologies (e.g PC's, printers, networking, operating systems including Windows\Mac environments)
  • Ensuring the backup systems are maintained and managed

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years of working experience providing IT support or troubleshooting
  • Advanced Knowledge of Desktop Support (Windows 7/8/10-Mac OSX 10.8/9/10)
  • Intermediate Knowledge/understanding of Anti-Virus\Malware\Security Protection and Networking Protocols (DNS\DHCP\NAS\SMB), Active Directory\LDAP (User Management/Schema/GPO), Backup Systems (Symantec\EMC\Sync Backup Pro), Server Maintenance/Support (Windows Server 2008/2012)
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of Cloud Computing (Azure/AWS), Email Exchange (Office365/MS Exchange\Google Mail for business), Virtualization (VMWare/Hyper V)
  • Excellent level of English language
  • Ability to troubleshoot and to resolve technical problems
  • Organized and self-motivated to deliver the highest level of service
